Deadlines:

If you have an urgent or desired date that you need the machine, please include it in the order notes section at checkout and/or contact us directly. If the deadline is less than 4 weeks, there is a good possibility that we can accommodate it. Contact us for rush orders.

Payment Terms:

A non-refundable deposit of at least 50% is required to start an order. The remaining 50% will be due before the machine is shipped to you. You will be notified before this payment is processed and sent a final invoice.

International Customers:

We have Love Tester Audio Messages recorded in English available for you to use free of charge.

If you need a Love Tester to speak a different language, it is possible. You can record your own messages or we can find voice talent to record them for an additional charge.

Custom fortune cards printed in any other language are available for an extra cost.
